::: Bio :::

OLD COYOTE MOON began as a loose collection of friends jammin' in an old mountain cabin along the banks of the Middle Fork San Joaquin River, but in the past three years they have become one of the more active and accomplished bands in the Eastern Sierra of California.
    Performing mostly original music written by lead singer and cellist/guitarist David Huebner, as well as select and obscure covers, the band takes it's inspiration from the wild, rural nature of the surrounding landscape.  Their sound may be described as a combination of the joyful jams of the Grateful Dead, and the vocal power and contemporary commentary of Pearl Jam. Improvisation is a staple of their live shows, with Bruce on didgeridoo often kicking off a prolonged jam in which the rest of the band trickles in to create a pyschedelic soundscape that is different every time.
